Distribution System
Integrating two half wavelength welding heads made of different materials through technology and connecting them with screws to form a complete full wavelength welding head. The split type full wavelength ultrasonic welding head has the advantages of wear resistance, heat dissipation block, and low stress. The segmented welding head is made of two materials (aluminum for the upper part and steel for the lower part). The ordinary full wavelength aluminum welding head cannot be welded for a long time because aluminum material is not wear-resistant. The lower part is made of steel material and undergoes heat treatment to increase material hardness and make it more wear-resistant. When welding steel materials, heat is generated quickly, and the segmented relative full wavelength steel welding head reduces the proportion of nearly ordinary steel materials, thereby reducing the disadvantage of slow heat dissipation. The steel welding head is divided into two sections due to its hardness, brittleness, and susceptibility to fracture after heat treatment. This reduces the height of the steel material, thereby reducing stress and lowering the risk of fracture. It has a wider range of applications, lower material requirements for welding products, lower maintenance costs in the later stage, longer service life, effectively improves production efficiency, and reduces customer usage costs.
